Very sweet at first, with a pleasant fizz that isn't quite as subtle as I thought. Fits perfectly with a dessert, because it freshens up and actually becomes crisp.
Flavours are subtle, with the typical Moscato honey, peaches and apple. The smell of honey is strong, more so than anything else. It reminds me of a darker honey, like buckwheat.

The sweetness is delightfully just thick enough you can feel it coat the throat, but it doesn't linger long enough to start feeling like syrup.
