Vanilla bits, raspberry seed, touches of scone like yeastiness. Then in the tiniest amounts, those classic twigs and branches.
Long lingering finish as the lively bergamot acidity plays with the oak.
Certainly worth drinking.
Note to winemakers: Please stop wrecking my wine tools with: Synthetic cork, Wax cork toppings, and Wax coverings.. I want what’s inside. If you make it too hard, I will not bother buying it.
