Morgan's Sauv Blanc moves away from a single vineyard source this year and it benefits greatly. More depth and complexity than previous vintages - lemongrass, grapefuit, and loads of acidity. This was actually better on night 2.

Nice clean succellent fruits with spicy bell peppers. Spicy bell peppers, nice fruit and subtle oak. Very nice and different.
