Burgundy Napa Valley Red Blend

Winemaker André Tchelistcheff. 38% Napa gamay, 29% pinot noir, 19% mondeuse, 9% petite sirah, 4% early burgundy, 1% cabernet sauvignon. High acid. Didn’t taste old. Wonderful surprise.

Good acid, smooth tannins. Still lively.

Nervous on first opening but after 30 minutes opened and was insane. Acid, fruit and well balanced. What's funny is its less Pinot than I expected.
