100% Pinot Noir Grower Champagne. Bright yellow color. Aromas of orchard fruit, white flowers and roasted nuts. Fruit forward flavors of ripe green and yellow apples with additional hints of peach, lemon zest and honey. Long and dry mineral driven finish. Creamy texture. Nice starter for our meal at the Washington Inn in Cape May, NJ.
