Big acidity and lime, lemon and some unripe peach/nectarine. Drank it with Pad Thai and it was cleansing and refreshing.

"Nimm den Riesling mit!" -- advice I heard at a party in Germany long ago. This is a good example of a wine that would produce such an exclamation. This has flowers, grapefruit, and just a little honeysuckle. There's a pleasant citrus acidity and a little gravel and steel. There are hints of herbs, resin, and petrol that might strengthen with time.
