Our home sparkling (all three cuvées) for years for good reason: great bang for the buck. This blanc de blancs exhibits great Chardonnay character, lemony yeasty nose, slightly vinous character to the wine with a touch of raspberry crème and lemony acid behind the yeasty but fresh wine. Great wine for the money.
