Very good 2010! Wow. Smooth. Felt like I was back in Italy.

Seemed really tight. Better after 3+ hours. Long term potential here.

Big, bold, structured. Fruit forward aroma and loooong finish. Great wine!

I see why this 2010 vintage received a 95 point rating on wine advocate for ONLY $35. Incredibly rich, with sweet tobacco and french press espresso roast, anise, oak spice, dark cherry, vanilla and casis, and a lingering finish. This is a big ol' wine! Rich enough to exquisitely pair with a baklava cheese cake, as well as lamb shank, veal, and heavy Mediterranean cuisine. Keeping in mind, it is quite young so it needed about an hour and a half to really open up, but when it did, it was fantastic and has the potential to age for quite a while! Worth every penny.

Tremendous length. It was flying high 8 hours into the decant. Amarena cherries and asphalt.

Great drinking wine and when paired with an Italian take out dinner makes dealing with COVID-19 not that bad, not really. It’s a big wine with a lot going on with black fruits, prunes and earthly components. Very soft to drink and 10 years, I think, was just right.

Celebrating valentine's day aka our first date anniversary. Decanted for 2 hrs. Still showing prominent tannins so no rush to drink. Cherry, touches of raspberry, tobacco, and leather. Very good!
