The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Black Label is a well-judged style. It is nicely textured with decent substance through its bright, firm core. Attractive gooseberry, elderflower and passion fruit flavors combine well. Enjoyed it with hubby at Envy Wine Room in Spring, TX. Great find. Loved the subtleness underneath--not a huge punchy citrus but medium sharpness. More grapefruit than what I call tasting like dirt and rocks (personal favorite).
