Passito di Pantelleria

Medium gold colour. Expressive nose with aromas of honey, orange peel, orange blossom, ripe peaches and hints of green apple. It is sweet in the mouth, but not sticky, with a low acidity. It has a medium+ body and a pronounced concentration. Lingering finish.
