aroma pops up, lots of black plum, (noticeable spices on first impact and raspberry, strawberry and ripe cherry notes. finishing with pleasant harmonies of wild flowers.) Med body-very silky texture-, m+ acidity, med tannin, long finish of red apples. (it is well structured, fresh and the acidity is excellently balanced, the tannin robe is embracing and the flavours remind you of sour cherries, black berries, and prunes) ----- () are tasting notes from Cogno profile...it was so delicious so I couldn't have a time to write a tasting note :)
