Aug 23rd, 2018Peaches & golden apples & chamomile tea & orange rind. An interesting and delicious wine that’s a good intro to skin fermented whites & to amphora aging. Texture is almost more interesting than flavors.

Nose: Aromas of apricot, muted citrus fruits, crushed rock, black tea.
Taste: tea/Arnold Palmer, bright citrus, grippy tannins, hay, medium + acid, clean mineral finish

Very dry and austere orange wine. Slight yeasty notes and a hint of orange zest. I was hoping that there would be more there.
