San Luigi Dolcetto di Dogliani

100% Dolcetto. Bright ruby red color. Aromas and flavors of ripe strawberry and black cherry, plums, red and purple flowers as well as sweet spices. Earthy, spicy and nutty notes on the finish. Mouth watering acidity and very light (barely noticeable) tannins. Fruit forward, simple and basic. Solid.

ビンテージ切り替わって、グラスで試飲。
これぞドルチェットという香り。
去年に比べたら香りが強い気がする。
しかし、果実味と酸とのバランスやまとまり感はさすがで、キッシュともよく合った。
