Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Light ruby in color with a brick rim and light intensity.

Nice nose of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, oak, earth, leather, tobacco leaf, licorice, spices, smoke, oxidation, light barnyard and light black pepper.

Medium bodied with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, raspberries, earth, green vegetables, herbs, coffee and light bell pepper.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a great surprise. A great blend of Grenache and Mourvedre from Israel. Well balanced with a great mouthfeel and nice complexity.

This aged Israeli red blend is still fruity with some earth notes.

Enjoyable by itself or with food. I paired it with cheeses and light appetizers.

A blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Unfiltered.

15.5% alcohol by volume.
