Sitting on the 35th floor of the Mandarin Orient Hotel at the Asiate restaurant. This is amazing with the scallops and the Lamb. You cannot go wrong. The earthy nose and aged color are wonderful

Solid, earthy Pinot Noir with complex notes and very long finish. About as good as Burgundy gets (without paying an arm AND a leg). Great value for $55
