Spicy Aromas with Cherry Sappiness and Earthy notes with a little savoury funk. Great intensity and length. Very well made in a brilliant terroir for this variety - on this occasion in the Adelaide Hills. As Richard Hemming MW an Englishman said “this is a Burgundy Slayer”! Tasted 57 weeks later with consistent notes - a Pinot more on the fuller side. Very easy to drink.

Enticing aromatic nose of plums cherries berries and a touch of sap. A lovely harmonious palate showing the same descriptors. Medium intensity with fluid supple tannins. Could cellar for a few more years if desired but great right now. Very easy to drink.
