Way cool! Very pale in color and light in body, this crunchy red was made from a French grape rarely seen outside the Jura region. Warm, bright red fruit on the nose, but cool red berries on the palate. Notes of tart cherry and cranberry, underripe strawberry, licorice, clove, and herbs. 100% Trousseau. 11/14/22.
