A nice sparkler, blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier, mefium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits and baking bread. Lively bubbles on light mousse, medium bodied, ripe apple and peach on the palate, nice acidity, well balanced ending with toasty mineral and biscuit notes. Nice!

70% PN, 20% Chard, 10% PM. Bubbles are a bit less refined and not the same breadth on the palate as grower champ, but a pretty solid bottle of value OR bubbles.

2015 tasted in 12/2018. Reliably clean and crisp. Full bodied Pinot Noir driven blend. Characterized by fruit and acid, not much in the way of secondary or tertiary characteristics.

One of the best value bubbles out there. Classic flavor profile.

The smell of the bin as if you’d just run a line of red delicious and golden apples through the juicer. Sour, raw, seed laden apple core. As always, wonderfully good vintage sparkling for about $20. It’s Pinot driven, rich and fruity and you register the 6g of residual digest.
