Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

The '01s are definitely beginning to grow into themselves. This was absolutely singing. Still light in colour and it's mostly about the fruit at the moment, but has gained considerable richness and some interesting salty/bone marrow' notes since I last had it. Beautiful.
