Enjoyable zippy and deep SLH Pinot. Great balance and fascinating flavors folded together. Still feels young.

Nice fruit, pretty good acidity but needs time to come together.

Funky. More on the mushroom, meat, leathery side, but the nose on this wine was definitely a bit...."tertiary." Dark black pour. Inky. On the front, quite dark, full-bodied. On the middle, this one started to lose more of its black fruit character and gave more to a bacon fat and leather. The finish of this wine is very rounded and delicate. I think that this is definitely a wine that would have paired better with food. Although nice, didn't have a lot of muscle, and wondering if this wouldn't have been better a couple of years ago.

The aromatics soared from the pop and pour. It took the palate a bit longer, but, it too, showed beautifully. Juicy with cranberries and earth. There is still a hollowness in the mid palate that I noticed a few years ago, but the long finish makes up for it.
