Reopening week continues. One of my favorite CA PN cuvées, threading the needle beautifully between my savory wagyu, and my wife’s herbal Gonestraw chicken. Super young and the lush fruit needs time to subside into the other spice & brush components of the wine. Delicious nevertheless.
