Excellent #cabfranc! This #wine has the cherry, with subtle earth and a hint of bell pepper. Opens up to smooth bing cherry, hollow/clean palate and dusty tannins and moderate acid.

Displaying wild aromas of lavender, fresh flowers, saline-minerality, black fruits, pepper and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, it opened austere, yet an hour in decanter was all that was needed to show feminine and lifted textures with wild berry fruit, savory herbs and minerals. Impressing more for its focus than length, with lingering inner florals and minerality.

Кислая вишня, свекла, красное яблоко, черника, лимон, графит, мох, влажная зелень, чёрный перец горошком, земля. Среднее тело с нервной кислотностью и ещё чуть шершавыми танинами. Молодо и напряжённо, туго скручено и зелено, но при этом естественно, чисто, с азартной дрожью и неплохой структурой. На второй день меняется не сильно, сохраняет гипертонус и интенсивную пронзительность.
