The Brett is very subtle in the finish and takes some time to build. Highly Recommended

Beer #2 for Super Bowl 50. Batch #4 May 2015. Did not enjoy this quite as much as past bottles, but still a well made, spicy saison with evident Brett.

That was fun. Almost too sour for my taste but stopped short and lots of lighter complexity. I was afraid of what the Brett would add not being a fan of it in wine but it was another mild complexity. Triple fermented in various vessels w various yeasts.

Very notable bitterness without much acid. Strong band aids and a generally high level of oxidation. Jason says it tastes like an iPhone in a blender.

Batch 3, July 2014. This brewery does wonders with oak foudres and brett. This beer sees some aging in pinot noir barrels.
