On the nose, plenty of ripe and wild blue and black berry fruit, but a huge dose of rich turned earth and stony mineral are center stage, with resiny herbs not far behind. Nice round acidity and subtle yet persistent tannins. Perfectly balanced, plenty there to think about but very drinkable none the less.

Love the blend of grapes especially Cab Franc, a personal favorite! Blackberries and currants. Nicely balanced!

Dark chocolate raspberry and granite. Idk, not sure how this climbs the ladder to 9.2... I respect it and see how folks dig it but I'm not buying a case.

Lovely fruit, intense. Medium plus acidity and smooth tannins. Cab Franc, sangiovese and four other native grapes. Aging wood/cemment tanks.
