Riserva Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese

On the nose old Cohiba leaf and cherry stems. Completely resolved and beautifully broad, elements of cherry pit, dried red fruit, candied cherry and dark chocolate all combine beautifully to a finish that veers towards Bordeaux. Long, dry and smooth finish. Outstanding. A few years left to the beginning of the end.
