I met winemaker David last year. A blend of 70% Pinot Nero and 30% Glera with 6 months of fining. Fresh fragrant fruit aromas with slight mousse and bubble flow. On the palate stone and berry fruit flavors on dryer crisp side, good balance between fruit and crispness, (I prefer a dry Prosecco) ending clean and elegant. A very nice Prosecco, one of the best I have tasted, worth the price. Tasting Sample.
