Alma Rosa Pinot Noir 2017: Medium-body. Perfect balance & acidity. Fine soft tannins. Aromas of red fruits & cedar with bright red fruits notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry & cola. Smooth spiced finish. For me, this was an outstanding Central CA Pinot Noir; not overpowering, simply pleasant! Perfect Pinot Noir characteristics that can be complemented with just about any meal and for me, I paired it with a grilled beef kebab Roka salad. Great day to all! Cheers🍷

Briny notes off the cork. Maroon in color and partially transparent. Strawberry rhubarb pie aroma. Super juicy upfront, reminds me of watermelon jolly rancher. Mild acid that is more malic to me. Pretty good heat on the finish, and lingers with a tart cherry. Strong showing!
