Ürziger Würzgarten Spätlese Riesling

Vintage 2012 | Awesome balance, vibrant taste, less sweet than expected, great dinnerwine. Paired with Podman Kung shrimp and pork belly cookies and Pad Thai Chicken.

Vintage 2012 | old school Mosel: smell of honey, butterscotch and awesome balance with so much acidity that it will live another 10+ years without doubt| paired with melon and ham

Nose notes: Apricot, Gunpowder and Flint.
Appearance: Pale straw color, slightly viscous.
Taste: very mineral driven, moderately sweet, sucks the moisture out of your mouth. Citrusy, grapefruit and lemon.

Very good Riesling paired with Thai food, really balanced out nicely

Great acidity and underlying oyster shell character

Always really good, '12 is pretty great.
