Sight: Clear, pale lemon
Nose: Clean, light grapefruit, wet stone, musty straw
Palate: Dry, High Acid, medium body. Flavors of tart under-ripe crabapple, pear steams, white peach, sliced lime, very mineral.
Medium plus finish.
Quality: Good.
Commentary: Not as in love with it, as when I first purchased it. High acid, and a bit bitter.
