Medium gold. Inviting nose of waxy pome fruit. Firm acidity leads the medium-bodied palate of quince, dry honey, and pear with cement/mineral overtones. Slightly dark finish. Italian whites are more than just PG and this is a great intro to one of the less well known varieties, Turbiana. A nice foil for any of the popular Italian white wine foods (Alfredo, scampi, Bronzino) or seafood in general. Drink now through 2024.
