Has a very long persistent finish persimmon notes. Excellent

Jan 13th, 2014Just ok, not worth the $40 price point. Had with bruschetta and calamari on thanksgiving. Very complex nose, vanilla, honeysuckle, and lemon. VERY crisp and acidic, green apple, lemon, lime, cherry blossom. Mouth coating feel like hard cider. Ends with a very tart citric bite. Would be better with less acidic food. Wouldn’t go out of my way to have again.

Beautiful straw gold. Expressive and dry - orange blossoms and beeswax, a touch of green olive and oxidative depth. Tight and mineral. Top drawer.
