Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Founded in 2002 by two wine industry couples, the Hatchers and the Francis Tannahills, the brand has steadily grown from the first vintage of 2,600 cases of Pinot Noir. Deep Ruby with aromas of red fruit and sweet floral spice. On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors, herb notes and pepper spice. Tannins are young and have some grip. Medium ending with acidity.

Smooth, with a delicious mouthfeel. Earthy, herbal, and featuring a mild but pleasing tartness reminiscent of pink grapefruit.

This is an excellent wine for the price. Maybe the acidity isn't quite as compelling as I'd like, but the mouthfeel on this wine is exquisite. Tons of dark cherry fruit and that unmistakable Oregon earthiness enveloping it all.

Not a fan at all. Weak color and flavor just not there for me. Would not try this one again.

Deep dark purple color and nice legs on the glass. Concord grape and black currant in the nose with esters and alcohol. Grapey on the tongue with some ripe peach and rasinettes. A warm finish with a hint of dry tannin. Good vinous aftertaste with a ghost of apple on the lips.
