Neutral aromatics, freshly sliced Granny Smith apple, Anjou pear, a hint of rose petal, lemon zest and a brief whiff of biscuit. Linear, mouthwatering acid, acid, creamy and juicy palate, medium body, medium alcohol 12%. A well balanced mix of white fruit and citrus finishes with a touch of golden toast. No bitterness.
