The bouquet of Nino Negri's '99 #Quadrio showed fully mature with notes of tart cherry, spiced orange peel, cedar, dusty dried flowers and undergrowth. On the palate, I found zesty textures on a wiry frame with lively acidity, showing red wild berries, cedar and hints of savory spice.
