If you chill it below the suggested 60°F, with the outside heat it warms quickly and offers wet slate aroma undertones to that cool dark fruit. Intense red from #Württemberg. Big nose and mild tannins. #Acolon is a cross between #Lemberger and #Dornfelder, so this wine is as #German as it gets. Ideal companion for heavy Schwabisch meats. — 8 years ago
