Terlano 2012 Vorberg Pinot Bianco: This is a single vineyard wine produced from 100% Pinot Bianco grown at 1,500~1,700 feet above sea level. Fragrant notes of spring flowers and orchard fruit are joined on the palate by grilled pineapple, dried stone fruit, and a wisp of lanolin. There’s nice interplay between textural richness and energy. A bit unctuous yet racy, this wine is highly appealing. This is a clear example of a white wine that benefits from time in the cellar.
