Rustic and hearty. Didn’t develop too much beyond its opening but good chewy, broad, firm flavors of ripe red fruits, roasted tomatoes a bit, deep dark earth, and dried spices. — 2 months ago
Pure and light surf savory finish. Delicious. — 2 months ago
Opened, and stayed the same pretty much the entire time. A solid well blended wine with chewy, tans, and fully mature and ripe flavors of what you would completely expect of a Bordeaux style blend. Savory and slightly earthy flavors, very good. — a month ago
Savory and a bit of sea brine. Tart gooseberries, lychee, chewy waxed fruit rind. Very clean. — a month ago

Serviceable. But savory and waxy could’ve used a little bit more structure but nothing incredibly bad incredibly good, just a great every day wine but I don’t know if I would buy a continuously as an every day wine for the place. — 2 months ago
First opening tight, overly structured, and a little bit of a muddled mess. Give it two days and drank the rest and all of a sudden it was a delightful chewy, slightly pastry, red fruit, earthy, a bit of a savory tasty glass. It’s crazy it needed at least three days of air to really develop itself, but it was very Tight for the first half of the bottle and maybe it just needs time. — a month ago
Manages to be bright with moderate acidity and still have a waxy last taste to it. Bright straw and slightly under ripe gooseberries, slightly under ripe raisins, persimmons. It has the tart and the acid hit a good golden flavor that has enough sugar developed to not be just bitter. Smooth and flowing, not very viscous, considering the waxy flavors to it, but overall a definite winner, especially in combination with avocado, garlic, pita bread, and all sorts of grilled meats, al pastor style. — 2 months ago
An excellent depth of flavor for such a light wine. Nose of dried roses, dried flowers, dusty roads. Light, ethereal flavors of grabby red fruits, underripe strawberries, red brick, light pepper. Strong structure to stand up to a dry aged ribeye. Excellent. — 2 months ago

Definitely needs a hour or so to open up. Very fruit for drink very young, overwhelmingly, juicy, and almost not fun table great flavors, but after some time with some air, definitely develop the savory smooth tannins, nothing chewy but more so very smooth and dark with a little bit of savory meatiness, but more like a grilled portobello mushroom than actually meat. Good and tasty, very much enjoyed it, it just takes a while to come to life. — 20 hours ago
