Vintage 2017 | Zacharias is one of the oldest wineries in Nemea, founded in 1960. Made from 40% agiorgitiko, 40% merlot and 20% mavrodaphne. 12 months aging in partly new barrels. Dark colour. Minerality in smell, vanilla and spicyness. After aeration the wine gets a velvety structure, cherries. Paired with gurnard and ratatouille, plateau of cheeses.
