Very good white. Sweet but not head ache sweet, got to love that! — 6 years ago
Tropical with merange, light lime, guava, lychee, and grassy undertones - wet rock minerality and a round plush mouthfeel backed by lively acidity and a mouth watering finish — 7 years ago
Probably one of the better Chards from Gary Farrell. Buttah factor = 6.5. This wine has lots of honeysuckle on the nose. Getting some butter, but not as much as the palate would indicate. This wine is big on the front. Glycerine and butter initially but goes to honey and melon and a little mango. There was a semi tart to the back. Wine finishes a bit short and much more crisp than the front. Overall a very enjoyable chard. — 8 years ago
Lively, peach and strawberry whirling about. Good fun anytime. — 5 years ago
Outstanding! This is a fantastic example of what can be done in Michigan. Full as dry with smoothness. A must drink in the summer. — 5 years ago
Medium dry, high acidity, medium bodied. Old gold color. Flavors of yellow peach, apricot and a hint of citrus. Nose opens with petrol. As it breathes, white flowers, honey and toasted almonds. Bought at the winery. Really impressed with how well this aged. — 5 years ago
Apple, lemon curd, honey, apricot, oak and hints of lime zest. Excellent acidity and balance. — 6 years ago

Amazing! Just as good as chateau Fontaine — 5 years ago
More Reserved and old world style of RRV Chardonnay than the opulent and butter driven styles we’ve come to expect. Best on day 2 and 3. — 6 years ago

Really pleased with this wine - citrusy with some acidity, but well-balanced. Hints of minerality but not overpowering in the least. Will definitely get again. — 4 years ago
