Wild boar soppressata on the nose, milk chocolate and rose petal. A lot of weird sediment in the decanter. Medium acidity, dried plum, acorn. Good and not even Burgundy — 9 years ago
At home thru the storms nice one to have on a weird evening — 10 years ago
Sweet and delicate. Like a gentle sparkling cider with a little weird pet-natty funkiness. — 10 years ago
Woah, greenhouse! Smelled like a greenhouse. So much going on. Chef asked what we were drinking and sent out a Spanish fried rice with octopus, and something about the cilantro in it made it friskyyyyy. Weird spicy after the rice. (Which was NOT spicy). We had fun with this one. — 10 years ago
Weird wild wild wild wonderful — 8 years ago
2009 vintage. Weird to read on how two reviews are waxing about this wine. I found it to be a very shallow experience. Little weight, faint nose, burn ok. Nothing wrong with the wine but not a great echezeaux. — 9 years ago
A weird wine special. A nose like Moscato D'Asti, and a palate that's totally funkified. Completely unique. — 9 years ago
Fruity but just weird enough. Ten Bells #2. Our half-ly Josh outing. — 9 years ago
Weird and wonderful, needs air and then develops beautifully. Blossom, peach, honeyd soy sauce, savory, full of spice, complex. Very textured with high acidity and alcohol, long and rewarding — 9 years ago
I’ve said it before and I will say it again now. Out of all the hipster winemakers out there, Broc is by far the best and most interesting. This could have turned out to be a linear, acidic with classic pinot flavor, but instead we get this strange mix of umami tomato, cherry juice, and some wild acidity (even a touch volatile). This wine is so fun and weird. The food pairing possibilities are endless. #hipster #organic #gamay — 10 years ago
Paddock in the summer w/ a bunch of sweaty horses, Tim from work's cool quenching tomato juice, beets in balsamic on the BBQ. The kinda weird off summer things. 🍅🐎👅 — 8 years ago
Wow, this is delicious!! Layered, juicy and wonderfully lively with loads of cherry and currant and hints of sage and tobacco....fighting fit and vibrant!!! Damn! Nothing like perfect cellaring 😘 One of the better wines I have had in a while and totally unique...damn good!! Weird that some folks have given it lower scores....I really like it. — 9 years ago
2013. In a weird phase. Still pretty to drink but a little out of whack. This vintage for this label has always been a little moody. — 9 years ago
Thanks to birch for this crazy cool Sherry-esque weird thing!!! — 10 years ago
Classic Bord Rouge, at a great price. I have this weird suspicion it has a lot in common with Ducru Beaucaillou...just a thought. — 10 years ago
Correction: Chateau D'Arlay Macvin Rouge. Never had anything like it ever before. It is 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 brandy that was aged for 4 years in a cask. The nose is so hot with brandy but the taste is sweet and smooth. Weird. Also, beware of the 17% Alc./Vol. — 10 years ago

Nose was awful like crushed up medicine. But it was cool to drink. Woke up with a weird headache? From this? ?? — 8 years ago
