Wandering Wallaby

Nowhere in Particular Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2016

Big, big berries bouquet upfront, big! and then after initial taste big burst of berries at the front and then fades in about three seconds. This a a great “summer red “ on the deck. — 5 years ago

Roco Winery

Gravel Road Pinot Noir 2012

Clear ruby magenta color, smells of wet green coffee beans, malty bourbon and raspberry jam, taste starts out with a malty and aged raspberry taste that gets slightly bubble gummy, the acid just sits on the tongue, wandering and pricking with the green coffee meaty leathery taste at the end — 6 years ago

Finca L'Argata Montsant Red Blend 2013

Amazing color. It tastes like a lazy spring day wandering the streets in Barcelona. Brushing up against ancient Spanish history, full of life and celebration. Not too full bodied. Pairs well with a night out to sample the world with beautiful, soulful people in a Spanish city of your choice. — 9 years ago

Château Saint-Georges

St. Georges-St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend 2005

Color : Red
Wine estate : Château Saint-Georges
Designation : Saint-Georges-Saint-Émilion
Name : Saint-Georges-Saint-Émilion
Country : France
Vivino : 4/5
Note : We smell the aromas of red fruits wandering in the glass. Her blood-red robe comes with a powerful nose of spice, pepper and blackberries. On the palate, a balance and a delicacy with deep and long tannins for a final on copper, raspberries and prunes.

McManis Family Vineyards

California Petite Sirah 2013

Flavors of cassis and raisins at first, then musky, unfinished basement. Incredibly smooth. The nose in the glass has deep notes of cigar and the woods at dusk, which reminds me of fly fishing, but above the glass it's noticably sweeter, with oatmeal and plumb, and other notes that are harder to describe. Like wandering in the dark. — 9 years ago

Bodegas y Viñedos Vega Sicilia

Pintia Toro Tempranillo 2010

Toro is my favorite spanish region. Its tempranillo blend, called Tinta de toro, is superb.
And along comes the Vega Sicilia family with their impeccable craftmanship. The result is a joyous, experience. Mature, and silky enough to carry the Vega Sicilia coat of arms on the cork, but lively enough to challenge the wandering palate.
