No puedo evitar regresar a los tintos, no dudo que en verano me gustan mas los vinos rosados que los blancos, pero los tintos son mi perdición, les bajo la temperatura entre 16° y 18°C los disfruto mucho, una noche fresca, un buen trozo jugoso de carne, ensalada de tomate, lechuga, palta, un buen aliño con finas hierbas, ¡listo! Another Baga here. This one is aged. Very balanced and smooth, showing really well on the palate not that it's 18 years after it was made. Still in it's awkward teenage years for sure. There's a touch of a chlorine vibe with the aroma but the palate is slick and exciting. Shout out to the waitress who couldn't find the originally ordered vintage and botched getting the cork out. We paired it with grilled Dogfish and it cost about 15 euros.

Just over 1500 bottles were made; it was fermented and aged for four months in French oak, from centennial vineyard - very elegant, with nice balance, multi layered with few fruit notes, it delivers nice intensity - well I could get a few more bottles to stock in my cellar :) — 9 years ago

2016 Baga from Luis Gomes is more mineral than fruit at first, then the fruit opens up in the glass. Great with food, especially hearty seafood and lighter meats and chicken. — 5 years ago
