Excellent. Shows all the best reasons why 2019 is an outstanding vintage for white Burgundy. Not only is there lots of gorgeous and perfectly ripe fruit, you have perfect acidity and a clear mineral core to this wine. Light yellow gold. Bright fruit forward nose. Notes of lemon and apricot, wet gravel stone, some honey and a delicious spice. Fine grained acidity hits the mouth and makes an impact. 2011 vintage. Going big tonight. The is surprisingly wide open for business. Nose of white flowers and lemon peel. Sure vibrant on the palate w corresponding flavors complemented by solid minerality and a bit of a saline finish. Lovely now and drinking great, though some more evolution certainly wouldn't hurt. Very much on the dark, earthy, minerally side. So dark and full of smoky ember crushed stone that I’d almost be tempted to place it half-way around the world in Walla Walla.
