Bubbles from Belgium! Light hint of green apples in this sparkling Chardonnay. Good apertif or a companion for something powerful - be it cheese, or might I suggest an awesome Belgium Chocolate. Perhaps even a sweet Liége-style waffle. The bottle says blanc de blancs - it's a good canvas in which to paint a good pairing vice being alone. — 12 years ago
