Dark juice yet light & fresh with a bit of barnyard on the nose. Enough tannin to pull you in with some dark fruits but the acidity makes it feel fresh~ Perfect with gochujang glazed ribs. — 6 years ago

Perfumed, Pinot-like Gredos Garnacha from a low-yield, long abandoned vineyard on mainly granitic soils in Cadalso de los Vidrios, at approximately 2,700 ft above sea level. Like other producers in the are, grapes underwent whole-cluster fermentation (con raspón). Aged for 12 months in used 300 liter barrels. Light ruby color, fragrant (strawberries, floral) and elegant — 6 years ago
Actually a Rose of Syrah, strawberry, very easy drinking. — 7 years ago
Fantastic pairing with Lebanese / Mediterranean spiced food. Definitely tanny on the forefront and I found the initial pepper with ending sweetness to be complementary — 7 years ago
Red fruit at first, hints of countryside; like fresh air when the farm is down the road. Earthy and somewhat fruity. Earthy finish. Nice. — 8 years ago
Out of the bottle & breathing for an hour and a half. Medium body, typical translucence, very delicate. Nice complexity, clever fruits, silky smooth finish. — 9 years ago
