For a change in gin, this is really good. — 8 years ago
Superbly balanced, delightfully just enough complexity and fruitiness with nice full body and light tanins. — 8 years ago

Jalapeño, bell pepper, habanero, cilantro, onion all uncooked and added in separate times during my distillation. Smells like fresh salsa and taste amazing. — 8 years ago
So, not sure how to follow up on a night that included an incredible wine dinner featuring Ridge Vineyards... The jammy Zin's have left me looking for something a little sweeter (I have no Ridge in the house as alternative). So off to the wonderful land of pomegranate liqueur over ice. This is a dangerous bottle, hence it hasn't been cracked until tonight, I had to clean the dust off, but now it'll never make it back to the shelf...Seek and be rewarded! — 8 years ago
Nice clean sweeter American whiskey ...third one that night though — 9 years ago
Boa Ventura is my favorite winery. Can't tell from the listing which of their for Cabs this should be rating, but try are ALL great. I particularly like the non-vintage "Platinum". Brett blends cabs from a few years to bring together the finer points of different years, vines, and oak barrels. — 10 years ago

Clean - best option at Stephen F's (for better or for worse). — 9 years ago

My favorite gin to accompany tonic. Without a doubt more effervescent than hendrick's, but would recommend their dry gin for a gin martini. Very floral and delicious, little bit of spice. — 10 years ago
