Rojo picota, con ribete ligeramente evolucionado. Brillante y de capa intensa.
Nariz de intensidad media, predominando los aromas de la crianza acompañados de notas de humedad y toques vegetales. La fruta casi pasa desapercibida.
Boca: Seco, con estructura media y taninos ya pulidos. Buen equilibrio entre acidez y alcohol y final de boca de persistencia algo corta pero elegante.
Un vino donde se aprecia una merlot en su sazón.

Really good Cava Rose’. Interesting based on the reason that it is made of 100% Pinot Noir. Not typical for Pennades Cava. Fruit forward notes of cranberry sauce, honey and purple flowers. Hints of coconut, herbs and baking spices on the very long finish. Balanced acidity. Very reasonable QPR. Revisited in December 2020. Still a very pleasant surprise. — 4 years ago

Really enjoyed this sparkling. It is predominantly Grenache which is my favorite varietal. It goes great with seafood, and it is pretty dry, if there is residual sugar I personally find it hard to detect. Fun sparkling!👍 — 9 years ago
