Gerry Rowland, the winemaker etc. told me many years ago that this is his Bordeaux style Napa offering. I have always enjoyed and sold this wine. This vintage has blueberry and blackberry on the nose and a nice medium dry finish. Drinks well as soon as you open the bottle. Nice food wine that goes well with grilled meats. — 12 years ago

This has an amazing nose that is a strange mix of rather sharp furniture polish and the taste that you get when mixing up a couple of different flavour opal fruits (star bursts to you youts) incredibly pronounced, sharp tropical fruits (and nail polish), skittles and strawberry concentrate.
Palate is less expressive but has some wonderful green apple skin, quince, good length, very lovely stuff. — 12 years ago
