Something to warm the cockles on a snowy day after yet another Christmas party. Dry gin, better with tonic which brings out the flowers. — 8 years ago
My favorite gin to accompany tonic. Without a doubt more effervescent than hendrick's, but would recommend their dry gin for a gin martini. Very floral and delicious, little bit of spice. — 9 years ago
Super interesting, very clean and bright gin. — 6 years ago
Strong citrus notes for a gin (makes me think of what New Zealand has done with Sauvignon Blanc). Would love to try some of their other lines. Enjoyed neat. — 8 years ago
Awesome stuff. Would recommend it if you like a simple mix or on its own. Really smooth. — 8 years ago

Corsair’s gin is still made at their first facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and remains a personal favorite in their portfolio. There’s an appealing oiliness to the gin’s texture – tasting of lemon and orange extracts. Brand ambassador Will Atkinson describes it as an Americanized Hendrick’s, namely for the inclusion of cucumber along with the botanicals. The cucumber’s freshness helps soften the spirit’s finish, which otherwise offers a sumptuously juicy expression of gin. — 7 years ago
PA state store. $28. Mixed with two different outstanding vermouths the last two days. The gin stood out. Impressed. — 8 years ago
House favorite gin. Excellent solo or in cocktails — 9 years ago
This is a lovely drink on the rocks or as a gin tonic. I wouldn't suggest it as a martini. The initial hit of Elderflower and cardamom don't feel right to me that way though it finishes of spice and juniper. — 9 years ago
