Just, just... just wonderful.
Initially, I get quince and a slight licorice that isn’t overpowering. Peach, of course.
The intangible here is just the well rounded character of the whole thing. It’s hard to nail down, but it’s got this savory, sweet, umami, bitter, acid quality to it that just brings a sip to the very edge of paradise as a flavor, a taste, an experience.
I’m glad I went for the gold here. I love drinking the canned sake and the 300 mL bottles when I’m going solo, so I upped the ante a bit and went for the mid-tier higher selection and it paid off. — 4 years ago

Delicious sake, excellent for the price. Cloudy. Malted milk, Asian pear, bit of sweetness, perfumed and a bit delicate. Excellent with spicier Asian fare. — 7 years ago
Very nice. — 7 years ago
Nose is apple, fresh and light. In the mouth very light and jovial as well. Fruity and then lightly bitter on the finale. Very feminin and elegant. — 8 years ago

Candylike aromas on the nose of pear and red apple, bubblegum, cherry blossom. Sweet cherry blossom and honey on the palate with a big dose of anise, red and black licorice. Pure and crystalline but just a bit oversweet and medicinal to me. — 8 years ago
Mellow and smooth we take it. I feel the need for food with this beverage and fortunately some sauerkraut sandwiches and hand rolls did ok for simple finger foods...but I feel like some more meaty food is needed here to flesh out the better nuances available in this drink, and some rice, of course. Preparedness is key, be forewarned. Greatness abounds and I was not prepared to handle this beautiful woman the way she wanted. — 9 years ago

Just wonderful, caramel oak notes, cold smoke on the nose.
